Partnerships

Grand Screen Journal considers collaborations that help readers notice more about screen storytelling without blurring the line between editorial work and promotion.

Possible collaborations

We consider clearly scoped projects connected to screen culture, including reader-facing explainers, event or publication collaborations and relevant partner placements. A proposal should name the intended audience, format, subject and any commercial relationship.

Partner placements

Relevant partner links or placements may appear in designated areas of the site. We consider whether a placement fits the subject and reader, and we do not promise inclusion. Partner material is labelled where it appears so its nature is clear.

Editorial separation

Partners do not control independent editorial conclusions, and payment does not buy a favourable review or an unmarked endorsement. We may decline proposals that are misleading, unsuitable for readers or difficult to label clearly.

How to propose

Send a concise outline through the Contact page and select the partnership option. Include the proposed format, subject, timing if relevant and the nature of the relationship; no response or placement is guaranteed.

Our point of view

A closer look changes the view

Grand Screen Journal pays attention to the small choices that shape a screen story. You need no specialist vocabulary to notice what a frame, a pause or a change of sound can do.
